Our salon pricing is based on an hourly rate + the product used.

Our pricing is not based on age, gender or the type of service you receive. It is based on the amount of time you spend in the chair, the amount of colour product used to meet the outcome you and your stylist have set, and the level of stylist expertise you choose for your service.

Introducing this gender neutral pricing model in our Guelph salon has helped make us an even more inclusive, equitable, safe space.

The cost of your service will be calculated based on the hourly rate of your selected stylist, the products used to create your look, and HST.

Cutting & Styling Services

  • All haircuts include a Wash & Style. Time investment: Approx 1 hour

  • A rejuvenating and relaxing experience that begins with a hair cleanse and scalp massage and ends with you having beautifully styled hair.

    Time investment 30 minutes+

Colour Services

  • Touching up the root colour after a previous full colour service.

    Time Investment: Approx 1.5 hours

  • An all over colour refresh from roots to ends.

    Time Investment: Approx 1.5 - 2 hours

  • A hand painted custom lightening and/or colour service that offers a ‘lived in’ natural blend and is usually lighter at the ends creating more contrast and impact.

    Time Investment: 2 hours +

  • A weaved lightening and/or colouring technique that leaves strands of hair coloured from root to ends.

    A full foil service covers the entire head. Time investment 2.5 hrs+

    A partial foil service covers the top and sides of the head. Time investment 2 hrs+

  • A colour service used to refresh the tone of the hair, eliminating and neutralizing unwanted tones and enhancing the desired colour. Time investment: 1 hour+

  • A colour service where the desired result is completely different than what currently exists on the hair. Colour renovations may take multiple applications to achieve the desired result.

    Please Note: A consultation is required 1 week prior to your colour renovation service to ensure we achieve your desired result. During this consultation you will be provided with the approx timing and cost of the service.

Custom Services

  • Custom treatment with a Wash & Style. Treatments are customized to your hair’s needs leaving it rejuvenated and healthy.

    Time Investment: Approx. 1 hour

    *cost is dependent on actual time spent & stylist hourly rate

  • Utilize extensions to add extra length and/or add volume to your hair. All hair extensions used are made from human hair, allowing them to be styled and respond just like your natural hair.

    Please Note: A consultation is required 2 weeks prior to your extension service to ensure that we achieve your desired result. During this consultation you will be provided with the approx timing and cost of the service.

Cancellation Policy

Failing to attend your appointment or a making a cancellation less than 24 hours before an appointment - will be subject to 50% of the cost of service. See our full cancellation policy here.

Timing

An approximate length of time has been listed beside the services. Timing can change due to length and/or density of hair or due to an intricate, new or high impact service. Stylists will communicate the approximate time for your service within the consultation.

Consultation

All services begin with a 15 min consultation with your Stylist to discuss your hair goals. During the consultation you will create a plan for your hair with your Stylist and be told the approximate price of the service you are receiving. 

Please note: for hair extension services and colour renovations a consultation is required prior to the day of the service.

Student Salon Services

The student stylists in our Guelph based student salon are ready to serve your needs but they do tend to need more time than our more seasoned stylists.

Because of this, pricing for student salon services is capped based on the amount of time the service would take a fully licensed stylist. Feel free to contact us for more specific details on student timing and costs for the services you need.
